🧘10AM - Morning Yoga (Adults - 1.5hrs)
A calming, feel good session to start your weekend right😌All levels welcome!

11:30 - SPARK Squad✨(1Hr)
A playful outdoor session for children aged 4–8, with fun yoga games, crafts, and this week’s activity: Bug Olympics🏆🌿🐞

Both sessions are outdoors if the weather’s lovely ☀️ and sheltered inside the Pavilion if it’s not.
